about me

a message from your instructor

one thing i never want to do is present myself as a prim, proper, or perfectly-put-together blueprint for wellness. i’m stumbling through life just like anyone else, grasping for lessons of beauty and meaning that i can absorb today and carry into tomorrow.

one of the most profound of all those lessons, perhaps, is that the body, mind, and spirit are like plants. they need consistent, loving, and intentional nourishment in order to thrive under any condition. through all types of struggles — mental and physical alike — that’s what yoga been for me: nourishment. and it can be the same for you, too, if you let it. i’m here to show you how.
